Our unique 3-module programme, encompassing 124 coach training hours, goes beyond ordinary coach training. It’s tailored for those pursuing an ICF ACC credential, focusing not just on coaching skills but also on a transformative journey into the essence of human experience. By understanding and evolving yourself first, you’ll be equipped to effectively guide others. Upon successful completion, you’ll earn a Level 1 ICF Accredited Coach Training Certificate, setting the foundation for your coaching path.
Module 1:
The key to any change is awareness. Without this, no change is possible. This module explores the systemic influences that govern the choices we make in our lives every day. It is a deep dive into the nature of being human, the material we will be working with as coaches.
Module 2:
To create real and sustainable change in your life requires an understanding of change and what you can do that will ensure success, and what you currently do that stands in the way. This module introduces coaching, enabling you to facilitate intentional conversations with powerful outcomes.
Module 3:
Module Three explores the unconscious dynamics that play out in your relationships. It helps you see the roles you might identify with as yourself and how you can shift.
In this programme, you’ll boost self-awareness for personal growth and transformation. Learn to conduct conscious coaching conversations, practice active listening, and adhere to ICF-endorsed ethical guidelines. Develop effective questioning techniques, goal planning skills, and progressive accountability management. Cultivate interpretative skills, drawing from diverse coaching models to guide clients toward their goals.

Graduating from the Level 1 Coach Training programme through Star Leadership is the first step towards getting a credential, but to apply for the credential requires you to have gained a specific amount of coaching hours.
Once you have 100 + coaching hours:
– You can apply for ACC (Associate Certified Coach) via ICF
– You can apply for the CCC (COMENSA Credentialed Coach) via COMENSA
