Ziyanda has over 5 years’ experience in Executive and Leadership Coaching across a variety of levels. She has extensive HR and Business Management experience spanning a decade. Ziyanda is a board member of a Training Institution in the Agriculture Industry serving as a non-executive director, as well as a shareholder at inavitIQ Group and Founder/MD of ZiyandaM PTY LTD. She is a Facilitator for leadership interventions, team effectiveness, change management, skills development and Women in Leadership initiatives.
Ziyanda has a Bachelor of Social Science degree, Honours in Industrial Psychology, currently enrolled for MCom: Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
With a wealth of experience in International Best Practice, her passion and confidence lies in her craft of “Business Transformation and Building Business through its people”.
Ziyanda’s approach to coaching is “Conversation with intent”. She believes that coaching is a partnership between the client and her. A process where the client is exposed to thought provoking, creative process, geared at inspiring the client to maximise his or her personal and professional potential.
Ziyanda believes that the client is the expert in their life and she is the expert in questioning. Her role as the coach is to:
- Discover, clarity and align with what the client wants to achieve
- Encourage client self-discovery
- Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
- Hold the client responsible and accountable
