Leadership Programme
We focus on developing Transcendent Leadership in a transformative learning style through a self-directed learning approach, supporting individuals and organizations in expanding their spiritual, emotional, adversity, creativity, physical and intellectual intelligence’s.
8 days, 4 half days and 4 coaching sessions per person over 8 months
1 x 2-day intervention per month and individual coaching sessions spread throughout
4 half day follow up and integration sessions
Breakdown of the Modules
Module 1 – Sanctuary
Creating a safe and conscious space enabling and facilitating real conversations and connection
Module 2 – Transparency
Developing communication skills that allow transparency in a way that honours all parties.
Module 3 – Authenticity
Exploring the core unconscious drivers of personality with the aim of deepening and enhancing relationships in your team.
Module 4 – Responsibility
Gaining an extensive understanding of responsibility putting the power back in your people’s hands.
